Mitchell and Lauren met when they were in MIDDLE SCHOOL! Their lives took them down different paths for a little bit but eventually brought them back together and now they’re married! When Lauren first reached out to me about her and Mitchell’s wedding I was so excited to capture it. Not only did we get to hang out during their engagement session, but Lauren also opted for a bridal portrait session and she knocked it out of the park. Engagement, bridal and wedding were all held at Lakeside – which gave me a lot of opportunity to use the different areas of the property for each shoot. For both their engagement session and wedding they brought along their sweet pups – check out those fancy pearl necklaces they were sporting!
Their wedding was at one of my favorite local venues, Lakeside at Welch Estate. The day could not have brought more perfect fall weather and Lauren’s touches on all of her decor and details gave off the most perfect fall wedding vibes. mitchell is a tree expert (by profession, how cool!) and so they had the cutest “thank you” gifts for their guests – baby trees! To finish off the night they had packaged s’mores for all their guests to enjoy by the fire.
The day was full of so much love, laughter and happy tears (peek Mitchell’s face when he saw Lauren walking down the aisle – SO stinkin’ sweet). Thank you guys so much for letting me capture your beautiful day. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Billeter!
